Thank you for shopping with SHINshop. All of our products are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted print-on-demand production partner. This allows us to create each item specifically for you while reducing excess inventory and waste.
Order Processing Time
All products are custom-made after your order is placed.
Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipment. During peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high demand, production times may be longer.
Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Estimated shipping times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Canada
- Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days
Europe
- Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days
Australia & New Zealand
- Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
International Orders
- Standard Shipping: 10–30 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery destination
- Product type
- Order size
- Selected shipping method
Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before completing your purchase.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Multiple Shipments
Because products may be produced at different fulfillment facilities, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments beyond what was shown at checkout.
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:
- Carrier issues
- Customs inspections
- Severe weather
- High seasonal demand
- International shipping disruptions
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Shin Shop is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been handed over to the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is submitted and the order has not yet entered production, please contact us immediately.
Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may be unable to make changes or offer refunds for address errors.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authorities.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
